What our 3-yr Jewelry Care Plan is:
Our jewelry care plan is a service plan to repair your special new piece from normal wear and tear. It can be used for polishing your jewelry, resizing rings, tightening prongs, replacing stones, re-plating the piece, and so much more. It’s inevitable something will happen to your jewelry, if nothing else it will certainly need to be polished and potentially resized. Take comfort in knowing you will be able to fix your jewelry when that day comes.
How does it work:
- Purchase the appropriate plan based on the sales price of your jewelry at the time of purchasing your new piece.
- Keep your receipt and wear your jewelry with confidence.
- Should you need to make a claim, just contact Sparsile Co, or Jeweler’s Mutual to start your repair process

- Shipping to & from the service repair center
- Rhodium plating
- Refinishing & polishing
- Loss of center diamonds or gemstone due to a defective setting
- Broken, bent, or worn prongs
- Cracked or thinning band or shank
- Broken clasps, bracelets, or chains
- Replacing cracked or chipped stones
- Ring re-sizing
- Broken earring posts
- Pearl restringing
Please note that this is not an insurance plan or a warranty. It is a service plan to help repair your jewelry when it’s needed during allotted time of the plan. This plan is for finished pieces only, not for loose stones. Additionally, this plan is for Sparsile jewelry only at the time you purchase your new jewelry. This plan cannot be purchased for any other shop or previously owned jewelry.
Should you accidently choose the wrong plan, we will cancel the transaction and will let you purchase the correct plan before your jewelry is shipped.
