If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return qualified item/s for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items that can be returned are items already in inventory, that are not on sale, and have not been altered in any way. All custom items are final sale; this includes resizing of rings. Custom products include any made to order pieces, all engagement rings, resizing, personalizing products, or any change to the products. Any items found to be tampered with, changed, or damaged will void all refunds/exchanges/returns. Sparsile Co. will not refund any shipping and packaging fees associated with the return.
After the 14 day period, qualified items can be returned within 30 days for a 100% in store credit or exchange. To qualify for these options, the item must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and unaltered. The customer must contact Sparsile Co. about how to return the item and pay for shipping. Sparsile Co. only returns the cost of the item, not shipping or packaging.
Any boxes or pouches that were included with your purchase must be returned undamaged to receive the full return. Should a box come back damaged or missing, the cost of this packaging will be deducted from the total return/exchange.
Any polishing cloth included in your original purchase does not need to be returned, and is yours to keep.
On sale and discounted items can only be exchanged or given an in store credit within the 30 day period. On sale and discounted items cannot be returned for a cash refund. Additionally, any resized rings, custom/customized items, all engagement/wedding rings, and loose stones cannot be exchanged and are final sales.

Since all of our products are uniquely created and there are limited quantities, we appreciate your understanding of our return policy.
Once the payment has been processed we will make sure to send your product by the next business day if it is in stock. We use priority USPS mail and cannot control how many days the US Postal Office will take to deliver your items. Most in stock items will arrive within 2-4 business days of your order.
Additionally, should our website allow you to purchase an item that is out of stock, we will contact you. If your intent is to purchase the sold out item, we will make a new one just for you. Because our products are not mass produced, this will take 6-8 weeks to create your product. We will update you on the progress and/or you may email us at anytime for an update. Should you decide you do not want the sold out item, we will refund you your money. For your security, this process is done by a third party and we do not have control on how fast the refund will arrive in your account. We can assure you that we will refund the money as soon as possible and notify you when we have sent the refund.
We try our best to show exactly how the product looks online when you order; however, actual products may vary slightly for various reasons out of our control. Computer settings, display color and resolution, and other technical specifications can alter the accuracy of the products on this site. Product specifications, colors, descriptions, and prices are subject to updates by Sparsile Co. at any time without notice.
All prices are in US dollars and products can only be purchased and delivered within the United States. Since Sparsile Co. is located only in the state of Texas, sales tax will be charged to all Texas residents. Customers outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax and it will be the responsibility of the consumer to file any applicable state sales/use tax. If you reside outside the US, please contact us about pricing and shipping to your country. We are happy and eager to work with out international customers, but will need to make special arrangements just for you.
